here is when I found out we were having a baby, much less, twins....I was 8 wks and had already noticed a 5-6 pound weight gain, which is what prompted me to do the pregnancy test and go to the doctor....they confirmed the pregnancy all right, and at the same time shocked to learn there were 2 in there!!!! no wonder I outgrew regular clothes so fast...as you can see, I had to buy maternity pants at 8 wks...
